CoreCorrect Technical Services L.L.C S.O.C, Dubai, UAE is introducing a structured international career pathway for qualified Bangladeshi Deck Cadets and Engine Cadets who are preparing to build their careers with Chinese shipowners and ship management companies.
Selected candidates will travel to China and complete a 2-month customized training program focused on Basic Chinese Communication, Maritime Chinese, Chinese Maritime Culture, and Onboard Working Practices. After completing the formal training, candidates will enter the Shipowner Interview, Selection & Vessel Joining Window, where Chinese shipowners and management companies may interview and select suitable candidates according to their fleet requirements.
